		<description>I believe in finding mentors.  Every job I&#039;ve had in my current career path I have sought out mentors and as time goes on it pays greater and great dividends.  Usually it has happened by accident because I&#039;m curious by nature.  My grandfather told me once that he loved that I was always asking him about things he was working on in the garage (he was into model trains).  But what do people like to do?  They like to talk about themselves and the things they care about.  So a great way to start a positive relationship with a potential mentor is to show genuine interest in what they do.</description>
